ADS-B In Transponder Garmin GTX 345 R on Airbus AS350 / H125

Description

 

This certified modification replaces the existing GARMIN GTX 335R remote transponder with a Garmin GTX 345R on Airbus H125 (AS 350B3e) rotorcraft.

 

The upgrade adds ADS-B In capability to the existing ADS-B Out function, enhancing situational awareness and traffic detection capabilities.

 

Designed to improve flight safety in high-density traffic environments, the system provides real-time traffic surveillance vis ADS-B interrogation. It delivers aural and visual traffic advisories to the pilot through the G500H TXi display, supporting informed and timely decision-making during enroute, approach, and airspace transition phases.

 

The installation kit includes all necessary components and is delivered with EASA form 1.

 

Note: The rotorcraft must be already equipped with a Garmin GTX 335R transponder to be eligible for this modification.
