Traffic Advisory System Garmin GTS800 on Airbus EC130 T2 / H130

Description

 

This certified modification enables the installation of the Garmin GTS 800 Traffic Advisory System on Airbus H130 (EC130 T2) rotorcraft.

 

Designed to enhance flight safety in high-density traffic environments, the system provides real-time traffic surveillance using active interrogation. It delivers both aural and visual traffic advisories to improve pilot situational awareness and support timely decision-making, particularly during enroute, approach, and airspace transition phases.

 

The GTS 800 actively monitors surrounding airspace up to 22 nautical miles and tracks up to 45 intruder aircraft simultaneously, providing accurate bearing, relative altitude, and threat level information on compatible cockpit displays.

 

The installation kit includes all necessary components and is delivered with EASA form 1.
